Also I can see all my achievements and match history but my profile summary will not show. Yup this worked for me as well; Haven't played in a long while and matchmaking wasn't working. Only afterwards I found out that even if I cancel one of the games, it is registered, starcraft matchmaking not loading added to my "losses". If it is the cause, then it's likely it has to do something when one of the games we played, and how it ended. Caribou, if this still happens after the steps above, please create your own thread. Deleting the folder does not work for me. It wasn't multiplayer anyway. Apparently my client couldn't download the new ladder maps or whatever other content the new season brought because of the restrictions my internet connection had. It's still speculation, but it's better than nothing. I'll never lower myself to Multiplayer, though. Hope this helps anyone. I think this may be due to overheating issues on my mac. This may however be unrelated, As I highly doubt the exact cause for others would be the same.
